Sometimes, it is necessary for you to hide some specific folders or files in your Computers hard disk. Some files needs some privacy. So if you want to do not let others see your important or personal files and folders  then there is a good option to do this in Windows.
If you are using Windows operating system then you can read this tutorial and implement it on your own computer to hide any important files or folders.
               Actually this is a basic feature of Windows so do not assume it as a fully safe method as any person who have knowledge of Windows basic features can still find your files by doing a little work. But still, this method is very good to hide some data, as everyone (may be your friend, competitor or family member) will not always check your computer for hidden files. If you showed a folder that does not have that specific data then most probably theyll agree that you deleted it.
              So lets get started, follow the steps given below to hide any folder or file in Windows 7. The steps given are for Windows 7 only, but they may be similar to other Windows Versions.

How To Hide a File or Folder in Windows :

• First of all, Go to the folder or directory where that specific file or folder is present.
• Now at the top-left of the windows, find a drop-down menu saying: Organize.
• Click on it, then click on Folder and Search Option.
• Now switch to View tab.
• In advanced settings box, under the menu Hidden Files and Folders, make sure that Dont Show hidden, files, folders or drives.
• Now we have instructed windows explorer to not display hidden files and folders.  Now we have to hide that specific file or folder.
• Right Click on the File or Folder that you want to hide.
• Click on properties.
• In Attributes, check the hidden box.
• Click on Apply and then OK. Now a pop may ask you that you want to apply changes to folder only or to all files and folders present in that folder. Choose your desired option and thats all

Recently, my friend bought a tablet, that was iView Tablet. One day, he changed the pattern lock and then forgot it. He tried so many times so that Tablet started asking for Signing In with the Google Account. He took the tablet and came to me. I tried filling his credentials but nothing works. Then i searched online and found no specific working solution for this. I also tried booting to recovery and then resetting but that also didnt worked because i dont know how to go to the recovery mode in that device.
  Then i tried one another solution of Installing ROM and it worked perfectly. So, as ive seen too many users asking for the solution to this, i decided to post a step by step tutorial. If you too accidently lost access to your tablet then you can also follow this tutorial to Reset or Re-Install ROM on your tablet. I suppose that this will work for every iView tablet. In my case, the model was 754TPC. So, lets follow the procedure to Hard or Factory Reset your iView Tablet. The process is very simple.
How to Hard Reset/Factory Reset or Re-Install ROM in iView Tablet:

1. Go to this page and find the Firmware for your specific device model:

   If your device is not listed then try searching for your devices model in the top search box. In search results click on download tab. Now the 1st result will be like Firmware For Device Model .
3. Click on that link to download the Firmware for your iView Tablet.
4. As i mentioned above, in my case the Tablet was 754TPC, so i searched and downloaded the Firmware which is as a .Rar file.
5. Now extract that downloaded files to a folder.
6. One folder will be live suite pack and other will have boot img or .iso file.
7. Open the folder saying Live Suite Pack. Go to Live Suite Pack_v*** Folder. (Leave USB Driver folder as is.)
8. Run this file LiveSuitPack_v1.07.exe.
9. A security warning may come, click on Install this driver software anyway
10. Now run the file: LiveSuit.exe
11. A pop up will come with two options. Click on No.
12. Click on First Icon and select the firmware file (.iso. file) that was in the extracted folder.
13. Now Turn OFF your Tablet completely.
14. Press and Hold Back Button and connect the tablet to computer via USB and simultaneously press Power button 7 times.
15. Now a pop up will be shown on computers screen. Click on Yes.
16. An another confirmation pop up will come, again click on Yes.
17. Now the tool will start formatting your iView Tablet. Wait for the process to complete 100%.
    Itll show a pop up when the formatting is completed. Click on Ok.
18. Disconnect your Tablet from the computer and Turn it On. It may take sometime as it is booting for the first time.
19. As youll see, You have successfully unlocked your iView Tablet.
